Comedy Bio
Alaskan-raised, Cornish and Jewish, Tamar Levi has a lot to share. After having worked in London on multiple award-winning publications, she accidentally fell in love with the hairiest Greek she could find. Now touring internationally from their base in Brussels, Levi’s highly acclaimed fine art exhibitions are filled with virtuosity and dynamism. For the last year her cultural calendar has expanded to include uproarious and well-received stand-up comedy shows. Tamar Levi now creates and curates at least one major art show a year while offering art workshops to individuals and peace institutions. In between, she entertains with thoughtful and surreal, uplifting observational comedy. Both her paintings and her comedy are performed with a light touch and a feminist edge.
