Description
In the Sept 2020 ArtBase show collection titled: IMMENSITIES Painted from memory as we turn a corner on an Easter celebration in the village and looked up to see the namesake sharp rock mountain at the heart of Evia. The “philotimo,” we experienced that day was exactly the legendary all-encompassing untranslatable concept that gives validating meaning to life well beyond ourselves.
This exhibition shows my journey across Greece to Belgium. Unexpected colours spill out frames, celebrate the vastness of nature. Painted from memory in lockdown, 20 huge canvases designed to make new windows in your home.
